Home First London currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Free Shipping

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) on a business day will generally begin processing the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT) may be processed on the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and local delivery conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring delivery arrangements can be completed where required.

Delivery Confirmation

A shipment confirmation email will be sent once your order leaves our fulfillment facility.

Delayed Deliveries

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

Lost Parcel Procedure

If the parcel is confirmed as lost, Home First London will provide either:

  • A full refund

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with the investigation, please provide:

  • Photographs of the damaged item
  • Photographs of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will attempt to accommodate requests before dispatch; however, address changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

Undelivered or Returned Packages

A package may be returned to us if:

  • Delivery is refused
  • The parcel is not collected
  • The shipping address is incorrect
  • Delivery attempts are unsuccessful

Where a parcel is returned, additional shipping charges may be required before re-shipment can take place.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Customers may request order modifications or cancellations within 2 hours of placing an order.

After this period, changes may not be possible because order processing and fulfillment may already have begun.

While we will do our best to assist, modifications and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
